My sneasel also hold razor claw. Thanks for help! Hello, I've deleveled your Sneasel. Make sure to level him up during nighttime while having him hold a razor claw. Its so hard to evo on that level because it needs so many exp and needs max happiness. I try to avail level up service and I payed 150k for his service but it ended up terribly. Is that coincidence or some bug or what? Hi. Sorry, but we are not able to delevel Pokes for Heatran quest. But you can just catch a high lvl Gyarados and use that one without even EV-Training it.
