I had a big bruh moment thinking I can trade my Gligar with a razor fang and it’ll evolve when it evolves at NIGHT with the razor fang. Now its at level 100 LMFAO

I leveled up my Luxio to 100 but it didn't give me evolution option to Luxray or some error happened.

Please help me delevel it back to 99.

 

Also, please guide me on how to evolve Luxio to Luxray properly.
