So how exactly we can catch Heatran with Master Ball?

 

Well so since they said we can use masterballs then you just make it to Heatran's room and throw a masterball. But that's yet to be confirmed and i'm waiting someone to catch it with a masterball to confirm. Since that is a recent update from yesterday.
