I think you didn't open the presents before 28th of December. Reggie can only be claimed if you opened the presents before 28th December. Unfortunately, you can't claim it. But the rest of the event will continue till 15th. So, enjoy the game and have a nice day

Hey there! It has been removed, indeed, due to the tickets being now tradable, as stated in Discord's announcements subchannel:
