regarding the raikou guardian... volcarona can setup with mega manectric since manec will only use overheat on volca. once full setup u can start sweeping. volc moveset: roost, q dance, flamethrower and bug buzz

Please update this guide I did exactly what it says to beat Chuck on Kanto with clefable and got wiped out by Lucario and Breloom...

The only way you could have lost to those 2 with clefable is based on critical hits, not something that you can control. Clefable resists all their moves and will be fully stacked by then.

It seems that fighting Bugsy with this strategy doesn't work anymore, the Scizor 2 or 3 shots my Conkeldurr when before I was able to use this to defeat her. I might have just been doing something wrong, he spammed Feint on me and I wiped.

The Nikola strategy does not work because the Arceus uses Extreme Speed and onehits the Seaking but I managed to setup Azumarill with three Def. Curls and it was finished by toxic (My Forretress has Toxic Spikes cause I never use Gyro Ball, and I could set up on Mewtwo fully (Sr, 3 Spikes and 2 T. Spikes). After Arceus fainted Deoxys used Engergy Ball and boosted my Atk. three times and I killed the Dragonite with 2 Play Roughs. Other strategy is to setup Forretress first and then setup Snorlax (u need a few Max Potions). Sorry if there are a few grammar mistakes my english isnt the best.

For the Birch boss, Boss Team #3 (the one with Medicham lead), a better strategy is to use Forretress for Stealth Rock then after Forretress dies, use Azumarill to absorb Grass Knot from Medicham and sweep with Play Rough/Waterfall sweeps the entire team without any problems.
