I hunt Togepi for 8 days without having a chance. I finally find something, but I do not know if it's enough to do PVP.

Can a good player tell me if it's enough to be viable in pvp?

 

I'm planning to use it with a scarf, maybe a choice specs.

that is pretty good for pvp, It has 31 speed so it should be outspeed/speed tie other Specs, and tank toges, If you use scarf on the otherhand, its still pretty good. the hp and def are pretty low but thats aight, the max hp of togekiss is 311, so with 15 you still get a total of 295 but then again its a sweeper toge.

Now that i know that it's good, and after 8 day of farming, I'm not gonna sell it.

 

Someone even offered me 700K for it. =) But I still keep it.

You can find it in love island. To go to love island, you need to talk to the Love Sailor in Vermillon. It cost 5k I think.

 

You'll need 120 Kanto caught-data entries and 38 evolved-data entries in your Pokedex to access Love Island.

 

I think you can also find it on the Moon-Hoenn, but I'm not sure about this.
