Gajeelredfox
So yeah, today we talked with some people about how this "Defeat the trainer at the beach of Fushia, before you can get the HM Surf in Safari zone" thing. i would really like to suggest to move that NPC trainer with Pikachu in front of the entrance of Safari zone( or inside, where you pay 5k to enter). i think this would be really good, because there are a LOT of people who played the original game and they(same as me) just went straight to safari zone to get the HM Surf and not finding it. It would be also nice to move him there, becaue people dont even know, that they have to defeat this guy, before Surf is availible to be picked up in safari zone. Ofcorse some Mods say, that this game is not like the original games, but in my personal opinion, this is a really (if i can say like this) a dick move to put him at the beach. People waste 5k to go to safari, just to discover that there is no HM Surf there. Then they spam the chat about why surf is not there. And when they defeat the NPC, they need to waste 5k AGAIN to enter safari. We or me at least, already save tons of money to get that bike, and then waste 10k more money, because we didnt know that you need to beat the NPC before you can get Surf in safari. If you cant move him there, at least i dunno, put a Sign or something, where people will get that information in Fushia city. Sorry for this wall of text :x
Thor
Victor wont be moved. The location of the NPC is absolutely essential to why we have used him as an 'unlocker'. Watch the pokemon anime and you might learn why he is there. Also play Pokemon Yellow, this house and Victor is in the location we have put it (although his function is different there than to here) Also i believe there is a signpost/NPC somewhere that actually tells you about him and his pikachu. Who knows, for some people their first pokemon in PRO might be their actual first pokemon. Ever. [glow=magenta]-Royalhotness[/glow]

However we're building quests and such inspired by the pokemon anime and manga. If we just did the exact same thing as the handhelds where would the challenge be? I do agree though we need to rescript the safari ticket seller. Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on the forums due to being of use to others. Red
Guys, you are talking with an Admin. There is a reason why Arnie is an Admin and not someone who can simply throw in good suggestion and story ends there for their suggestion. In future posts show more respect and understanding. As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be.
