I am having problem to go sinnoh as Stan is missing when I was teleported to little root.

when I talk to the Alakazam, nothing happens, it doesn't teleport me .

As you are aware, the new Sinnoh access quest can be bugged for some, where some NPC's required to progress are hidden.
