Invalid username or password (first account)

Hello,

 

This morning I had a problem with my account on PRO, it is impossible for me to log in on my first account.

I played last night with 2 accounts at the same time without any worries.

 

- First account + 50h of game. I am at Johto Elite4.

(I can not connect to the game anymore but on the site it works) (

 

- Second account. I am at Lavender Kanto 4 Badge.

(I can connect to the game and on the site)

 

I manage to log on the site with 2 accounts.

I tried to change password for the 1st, nothing changes in the game ..

 

Can someone help me ?

1. Whats server you in?
   
2. Did you try to enter in other server?
   
3. Can you acess the dashboards in main site? inside the dashboards try to change the password.

Both accounts are on the yellow server.

 

Yes, I can connect to the red and blue server but only with my 2nd account.

I really have no access to my first account.

 

But I can log on to the site with both accounts.

I already try to change my password on my 1st account which I am currently writing on the forum.

I just do not have access to this account in the game anymore

- Did playing with 2 accounts simultaneously cause a problem?

(I do not see the problem at this level, it's as if I played and a friend played with me)

 

- Was my first account deleted? If yes. Why ? And how can I get access to my first account?
