It must be freshly caught, after the Pokémon has been assigned and you have until daily reset to capture and submit the Pokémon. It would be interesting if we could change the topic, and then fix the title could keep server gold, since I haven't had a silver server release yet, a change to the server wouldn't be forced yet.

I read this rule, but I didn't remember it was 1 for every two servers. I apologize for not remembering what I can do: turn this auction into a server auction for the gold server. Then, it's up to you to decide whether to keep 1 Pokémon for Cross and relocate the others to the gold server, so that only one Pokémon can serve on the Cross server and the others on the gold server. Of course, if the rules already say this, it's because they can't be broken, but there's still an option that could be reformulated in the future.
