Furthermore, the Water Bell will remain in your inventory, unable to be changed. Access to Birth Island is through completion of World Quests and redeeming a Mysterious Ticket. Good day @Faygoogle Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any instance of a Dragonair on your account besides the seen data. Moving forward, you can acquire a Dragonair in the following ways: Dragonair can be caught via water spawn in Cerulean Cave B1F Evolved from Dratini at level 30. Dratini's caught location can be seen here. Purchased from other players. While this may not be the answer you were hoping for, I hope that the information provided assists you in acquiring a new Dragonair. I will be closing this thread now.
