Hey, I am really, really sorry to hear what happened to you... Have you checked the NPC you rerolled the ticket on to see if it lets you load the reroll you applied? I'm sorry to say that there isn't anything else that we can do on our end. There isn't a way to verify that this happened, so for instance if someone had a ticket, used it but got a bad roll, they could just have us give him a free ticket to try again.
