Can you do 360k for all?

Hello, i wanted to revisit this game, i played this game 5 years ago and i finished Kanto and i was in Johto, but now when i enter on Silver Server it gets me to the Professor Oak dialogue, but on Gold Server i have my 2nd account progress, but not my main one, can someone help me find my old account?
