Hello @Mochi00 As Onthepath stated, server transfer could take more time to you if you had many pokemons in your boxes compared to player with less pokemons. Now transfer can take around 5-8 seconds whatever the number of pokemon in your boxes but it still can take time depending of the queue transfer! And about 3rd, items can be lost when someone sent you a mail via Gold while you were not in the server and do a transfer to go Gold to get the item, it will be saved and you will be able to get it!
