This quest can be tricky due to Kabutops being fast and attack the Eon at any moment, you will have to keep trying whilst being the fastest to be able to complete this quest! Meanwhile, I recommend you to use a pokemon with either Destiny Bond or Endeavor Focus Sash and Quick Attack/Sucker Punch to defeat the Aerodactyl.
