As soon as I log in my game barely shows the map and then closes without any error message. I tried deleting the Proclient_64 folder and redownloading it but it did not work. My log in information was still saved however so I don't think I completely removed the game from my computer. Does someone have a fix or can tell me how to completely remove the game from my pc so I can try to redownload the game properly. Never mind I needed to mute the sounds before I entered the game. I don't know how to delete my post.

Hey, I know this is frustrating and I apologize for the wait. The plan as you know is for the Fire Punch TM to be available to allow Ursaluna to learn it without needing to train before evolving! The devs are actively working on an update that it along with so much more stuff, but I can't give an ETA on its addition. Unfortunately, for now the only thing I can ask is that you patiently wait for the day they do add it, since we do not have the necessary tools to perform devolutions. I'm very sorry and I hope you'll be patient in the meantime, Ayroo

Confirmed that this fixed my issue. Tried multiple times with and without mute, and that seems to be a 100% fix at this moment. Thank you @Caelestya

Greetings @Sshate One of the requirement for the Legendary Birds quest is to have the caught data of the full Kanto Pokedex (except Legendaries). It would appear this is the requirement holding you back, as you miss a few Pokemons, being: Ivysaur Venusaur Cloyster Mr. Mime Vaporeon If you wish to have a walkthrough of this quest, you can use the PRO Wiki to assist you. Can you please try getting the Caught data of the aforementioned Pokemons and try reaching the island again?

Greetings @Itsded Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. This is a known bug, for which a fix is being worked on. In the meantime, there is a workaround: muting all the sound of the game in the Options should allow you to play the game normally until the issue is fixed. Can you please try it and confirm if it worked?
