Good day @Lowlief As @Mingrenpro has stated, the requirements for the Latias and Latios quest (Eon Duo Quest) have changed to require Generation 3 (Hoenn) caught data rather than seen data. The changes occurred in June 2025 and the changelogs can be found here. That link also has information on other legendary quest requirement changes and may be helpful to review as you continue your acquisition of legendary Pokemon.
