Normally we don't have to remember, just check from the start and you'll know exactly where you are, at least that works for now.

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. -Are you sure the email show in Dashboard is the correct one and there is no misspell error in your mail ? -Have you double clicked on the Here option in the confirmation mail pop-up? Solved the catcha once and got confirmation that mail got sended? Keep in mind to dont spam it or you will be locked. -Have you checked your spam folder in your mail? Hello! I hopped back onto the game after not playing for close to a month and saw I had a Charmander in my pc. This reminded me that I still have yet to obtain Charizard's mega, but I have started the quest. I could not remember what part of the quest I was at until I went back to Prof. Oak and talked to him. I think having a quest log would help forgetful, new, and returning players to have a easier time remembering what quests we have in progress.

I created an account, but when it came to the email verification stage, I didn't receive a confirmation email. I checked my email and it's correct. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hello @Ynnahelle, Just for clarification, as this shop is on Pokémon Shops - Gold, you should sell and have these pokemons on the Gold Server.
