I like the idea of an item on the PvE store, but I'm also little traditional on Pokemon hunting and I prefer if my goal would be achieved through hunting and not with "buying" to get what I want. For me buying isn't grind but the easy way of "paying to win". Hunting for it feels more natural to it and the grind is real there. Maybe you get it in 1 hour, maybe in 1 year, maybe never. Need persistence. Work for it. It wouldn't affect the market or the rerolls and the existent legendary. My idea suggests it would be your own legendary on it's current state but just trying to make it shiny basically. Please don't missunderstand my suggestion. Thank you for your feedback.

I would argue that the whole core of PRO and/or Pokemon is based on luck. How lucky are you to encounter a common/uncommon/rare Pokemon. How lucky are you if that is a shiny or form. How lucky are you on the stats and wether it has good IVs or no and the preferred nature. And you have to keep grinding to achieve the result you want.

I actually like the idea of making shiny legendaries obtainable for other player, however i certainly agree with people not supporting your approach here. I think huntable legendaries would hurt the already frail market a lot. Making it purchasable with PvE coins seems fine for me though, although a lot more than PvP coins as its less of a grind to get PvE coins. But hunting them would just make it unfair and crash the market of rerolls overall + make the pvp reward chests in a way "useless" as you could just hunt for a good legendary. No matter how many requirements you want for it, it'll never be fair to those who grinded out/spent their money on rerolls and got epic legendaries. As I said before, making them available via pve coins or other rewards - like playtime "rewards" or smthing would be a fun idea, but hunting them is a big no no.

I am not discussing about removing it from pvp token shop, players have already purchased that shiny crystal and many still trying to reach 4k pvp tokens and could still see new players having interest on pvp for these purposes.This reward is determined by skill+hard work (grinding)+ determination not just purely on grinding or luck.

Discussing with you, is like trying to get a conversation going with a door. - you have yet to understand what this thread is about.

No one talked about removing the PvP option to obtain it. It would still be there. Also you probably will need either repels or PvE coins to enter or whatever staff decide, and those things you earned them through playing the game. And like I said in suggestion, the shiny encounter would "convert" your normal one into shiny, so no rerolls lost there too. Also you 're clearly not a shiny hunter and never shiny hunted in the original games if you say it's just luck and there's not a grind in it.
