In the game, it gets stuck in “reconnecting” mode. Before, it used to reconnect automatically, but now it doesn’t. This has happened to me several times, and it never manages to reconnect, whereas it did before. It’s really frustrating because it happens while I’m fighting a boss: I check my internet and I do have connection, but the game won’t reconnect. The only way to get back in is to close everything and reopen it, which obviously makes me lose the boss battle.

The Low Connection Icon keep appearing in my game and dont go away. I checked and tested my internet connection and it's good, i'm not having any problem to navigate in websites, watch youtube, but in PRO it's like every day this icon appears and don't go away never, even if i logout the game don't let me do the login again. I need to close the entire client and open again. Just happen again today in a rare encounter.
