Hello PRO Staff, I am currently doing the Summer Event – Kabutops Quest on the Gold Server in the Alto Mare Museum. During the Kabutops battle, all of my Pokémon fainted. Unfortunately, I don't have an Escape Rope or any Revives with me, and I can't leave the area to reach a Pokémon Center. I am now stuck and unable to continue the quest. Could a staff member please move my character to the last Pokémon Center or help me get unstuck? IGN: Madhanmanchala Server: Gold Location: Alto Mare Museum – Summer Event Kabutops Quest. This sounds like a genuine dungeon progression bug, especially if the Mistress of Mane normally spawns immediately after all the Gardevoir are defeated and it has happened on multiple runs. I’d first double-check that there isn’t one Gardevoir stuck somewhere or slightly out of the normal area, then wait a few seconds after the final one is defeated. If she still doesn't appear, I’d leave the dungeon and try another run to see if it happens consistently. If it happens again, definitely take a screenshot showing the cleared room, and ideally a short video if possible. Also note the date/time and whether you were playing solo or with other players. Those details could make it much easier for whoever maintains the dungeon to reproduce the problem. If other players are having the same issue, that would also point more strongly toward a server-side or scripting problem rather than something specific to your character.

I don't have an escape rope :/ and can't find a battle. Also need high level trainers to beat my lvl 100s

Hey there @Bronzywinter179 , could you please try the following to get unstuck: Use an escape rope. Start a friendly battle with someone (/battle <username>) and lose it. Since you haven't logged in years, the map you were last time has probably changed through the years and it caused this. I hope those information were helpful to you! Kind Regards, Lugario

Hey there, I'm personally using Bazzite (Linux) and not Ubuntu like you and I don't have that issue with the client. Maybe check if there's any updates on your OS Version or if all the drivers are correctly installed/latest stable version installed. Kind Regards, Lugario
