Pokemon De-level: Hello , i just got a new Moxie Gyarados for Trainer Tower but unfortunately I leveled it early in the morning before coffee , and I got it to level 40 while I meant for it to stay level 39. I would love it if someone could revert it to level 39. If it cant be done , its my mistake and completely understand! Gold Server.
