I’ve raised this problem before but Its been several months with no updates whatsoever, I’ve provided everything that i can, account information, answered questions, showed screenshots of when i played PRO, mentioned all my past trades. Can someone please solve this for me please, I genuinely want to come back to PRO.

Hello again Zarachi, Im very sorry for the confusion. I thought that I triggered the quest because I have seen data of Entei. I checked again now the Bell tower and now I suppose will be ok. Thank although for your reply. Cheers!
