hi @Bitterblade I was also told by @Zarachi that the mail had been sent to "scoubaa" so I had to recover that account and also progress that account to Erika and the mailboxes were also empty this was very frustrating, are you absolutely sure that if I do this again the mailbox will have items this time XD? and will I be getting some form of compensation for spending money in order to do server transfers Thanks again for the help

Good day @Scoubaaa Thank you for the supplied screenshots. You are going to have to progress the 0hr account to the 4th badge to receive your mail. The events, as you described, have the mail sender (Rivalgaryy) on Silver and you the recipient on Gold. As mail is sent among the same server, this mail should have been received by your 0hr character. Once it is sent to that character, it sticks to that character. Once you progress the character to 4 badges and check your mail you should have access to the sent items.
