They don't go to my main inbox, any other inbox, or even my spam folder. I've tried everything, even changing my email address through your website, but I still can't access it. hello beacon , i don't have a screenshot of the message that says i received the 25 pve coins , cause tbh no one would take a screenshot of that knowing that he will receive it , and about the coins that i had before , to be honest i dont know how much i have but im sure that i had some after buying a rr ticket from the pve guy , but idk if you guys can look at the record of my account , I've won the tower and beat sinthia and the prize guy said i won a hat ( wich i got) an 25 pve coins that i didn't get as you can see in the screenshot

Hey @Ramzi2525, Thank you for confirming. Could you please provide a screenshot of the message showing that you received the 25 PvE Coins, if you still have it available? Additionally, can you confirm whether your PvE Coin count was 23 both before and after claiming the Battle Tower rewards? thanks for the quick response , yes i have talked with him before taking this screenshot and i won the hat that i got in the picture + 25pve points , the hat transferd to my account , but the 25 pve didnt
