Hello there @Maurso I believe this could be a simple mix up. I see you have a Coin Capsule in your inventory. In order to spend the coins, you must first use this item which contains 100 coins. Once the item is used, these 100 coins will be added to your Coin Shop balance and the purchase of your desired mount will be successful. I hope this helps. I look forward to your reply. Houndstone

Hello @Prinse, Sorry to hear you're having issues with the quest. To my knowledge, that part of the quest must be done during night time in game, 20:00 - 04:00 poke time. I suspect you may have started this portion of the quest during the night, but it became morning when you tried to re-enter the tree. Can you try again once it's night time in the server?
