Would it please be possible to add a spawn at Mirage Island or maybe a Rockruff Outbreak for a weekend? During the Outbreak you could also introduce a Special Time Period called Dusk Time, and during that specific time players would not encounter the normal variant of Rockruff but rather instead a different one that would have the Own Tempo ability and could evolve to Lycanroc Dusk Form.
