The final-15-minute extension window before that end was 10:32 - 10:47 AM, 20 Oct (GMT+8). No bids were placed inside that 10:32 - 10:47 window (GMT+8), so the auction legally ended at 10:47 AM, 20 Oct (to the minute) (GMT+8).
