Keep in mind, PRO staff are comprised on all volunteers who have obligations outside of PRO (e.g., families, work, etc). Finally, I recommend reviewing the forums rules which can be found here. Further spam will be punished accordingly. Now to get into your issue. This appears to be the Main Halloween quest and you are having to battle the majors. Before battling Vlad, you need to have battled the NPC "Mummy Phase". While we sort this out, you can find mroe information on this quest here.
