I completely understand your frustration, especially after not getting the results you were hoping for from the IV Shuffle. However, IV rerolls are entirely random, and once completed, their results are permanent and cannot be reversed. Unfortunately, a refund isn't possible either, as the IV Shuffle was successfully used, even if it didn't produce the results you were hoping for. I'm truly sorry that we can't offer you a different solution. Since there's nothing further I can do to assist you with this matter, I'll go ahead and close this thread. Hello! Regarding Charizard and Marowak, unfortunately, we're unable to restore their caught data. You'll need to register them in your Pokédex again. As for Articuno and Moltres, you'll need to obtain their seen data by battling them at the locations mentioned in my previous message. I understand this may be frustrating, but unfortunately, there's no further assistance we can provide in this case. The missing caught data will need to be registered again, and the seen data can only be obtained by encountering these Pokémon at their designated locations. Would be nice having a new section for WTB, where people could ask for a poke and then the seller just post a picture of the pokemon with price so if the interested in buying it could accept the offer and then buy the pokemon Maybe something similar to this:

Hi Hess88, Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you didn’t get the Clone Charmander after putting the effort into the quest. I believe this was not a bug. During the Dark World quest, you need to avoid losing (having all your Pokémon defeated) 5 times. If you lose 5 times, you’ll receive the regular version of your chosen starter from Oak instead of the Clone, and you won’t need to battle him.
