Hello there @Israel Due to the Pokemon being bought despite not having access to their respective regions, I'm afraid your only option would be to complete these regions to gain access to the Pokemon again. We only offer assistance with Region-locked Pokemon when restoring to the previous owner, not to move Pokemon between alt accounts. The PRO Staff team work hard to make the game enjoyable for our players and it is great to see that our work is appreciated. As you mentioned, PRO is a fan-made game based on the Pokemon games. For a fan-made game to make it to the Play Store or App Store, it would require permission from the original IP owners, the Pokemon Company in this case. Due to this being extremely unlikely or dare I say impossible, a PRO release on these platforms would be too.
