Almost everyday somebody request's to borrow money from us as a group while I have no doubt that 99% of these requests are honorable it only takes that 1% to cause distrust. until recently our response to these type's of request's has usually been "NO" out of fear of getting scammed and never seeing our beloved money again. However, under further review we have decided to rewrite our policy and we are happy to announce we can offer you the customer "Fast Affordable Loans" know as the Amigo's Credit Union or ACU for short. Well Alright! How does it work? I am glad you asked. We have spent a few weeks developing the idea of a loan contract which allows the customer to apply for loans ranging from 500k-10m (10m+negotiable) Our loan contract, which can be seen below, has a few safeguards in place to help keep both the "lender" (ACU) and the "borrower" (YOU) safe. In order to minimize the risk associated with dishing out millions and millions of Poke$ we have a few requirements when applying for a loan. 1. You must sign the contract 2. You must agree to pay the loan + Interest with in the loan period (usually 1 week) 3. You must trade us a poke of equal or greater value then the amount borrowed (this will be returned to you when full payment is made) 4. You must agree to pay us back the full loan amount plus 5% interest. (for a $1million loan interest would equal 50k, for a total of $1.05million) Sign me up! How do I apply? There are 3 way's to apply either through discord app, in game chat or here on the forum's you may contact any of the amigo's via one of the above methods to organize an application. We will take screen shot's of the in game trade and chat log's for our safety and protection. When applying for a loan you must use the following format. [spoiler=Format] I agree to borrow $"x" amount and within 1 week agree to pay you back $"x" plus 5% interest total amount expressed here ($$$) date XX/XX/XX as warranty I agree to trade you the following poke (link) which will be returned to me when my loan amount is paid in full. I understand that if i fail to pay my loan my Pokemon maybe sold in order to cover my loan debt signed. (IGN) To apply simply follow these steps. 1. Decide on a loan amount and a suitable poke to offer as warranty. 2. Make contact with one of our friendly members. 3. Tell us how much you would like to borrow and how long it will take for you to repay the loan. 4. Negotiate terms with the ACU. 5. Sign the loan contract and complete the in game trade. That's It! How do I know this isn't a scam? Quite simply put the Amigo's as a collective have over $250m worth of in game assets and poke$ Scamming someone out of a single poke would be more detrimental than the value of a single Pokemon. The cost associated with ruining our good name and the reputation we have built for ourselves far outweighs the value of a single Poke, If that isn't proof enough you are also more than welcome and even encouraged to take a screen shot of the in game chat and trade log's. That way you are also protected if we fail to honor our agreement. The principal amount of this Loan together with accumulated and unpaid interest and all other charges, costs and expenses, is due and payable on or before _”1 week” __. All payments under this Agreement are applied first to accumulated interest and then to the balance of the outstanding principal. * Prepayment. The Borrower has the right to prepay all or any part of the principal amount of this Loan, together with accumulated and unpaid interest, at any time without prepayment or penalty prior to the one week agreement. * Asset Guarantor I, __ agree to send the following asset/assets __ as a guarantor for the loan incurred, with the full understanding that any default of this loan or failure to repay within the loan period will result in a liquidation of the above assets and any acquired profits belong exclusively to that of the ACU. * Default. The Borrower agrees to waive presentment, protest and demand, notice of protest, demand and dishonor and non-payment of this Loan. The repayment of the loan is the sole responsibility of the Borrower and not that of the lender * Binding contract. This Loan benefit is of a binding nature once signed the borrower is under full obligation to repay the amount borrowed plus the agreed upon interest on the respective sum. * Joint and Several Liability. If there is more than one Borrower of this Loan, the obligation of each Borrower shall be joint and all parties will be held accountable for this loan. * Amendment. This Loan may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed by both the Borrower and Lender. * Notifications. Any notice or communication under this Loan must be in writing and sent via one of the following options: Discord communication or in game message. Looks really good! I'd like to give you this constructive feedback though: The imagery feels a little incoherent. Try 'melting' it together... The squares are out of style compared to the rest of the pretty fluid looking art, for instance. (and I don't like the font, but that's a matter of taste I guess) Great job!

Hello, fellow Chaos members, I know that many of you lose the motivation to play PRO. There are different reasons, but many of you don't have a reason to login and/or don't like the PVP ranked rewards. Many members already stopped playing. I really don't like that and searched for a solution. We can't always wait for something to happen, we also have to do something sometimes. And this is my answer. This system will be used to reward our guild members. Whenever you contributed something for our guild, you will get Credit Coins. If you earned enough Credit Coins, you can buy something in this topic with them. You can also keep them and wait, until we added something that you want to buy. The coins are tradable. You can sell, give away or simply collect them. They are a bonus, so you will still be paid for daycare services and you also only earn them for in-house daycares. You will naturally also be rewarded for a certain amount of pvp points and a top 25 pvp ranked place. This won't be an event, I want to make this permanently. We currently have a consistent income from our Discord Bot, which will be used to finance it, we won't use our guild bank. But we happily take donations (items, pokemon, money). I will adjust this post, if it's needed to make it work, so don't be surprised. This reward system will be handled from Walrosskastanie and Cames, so everyone else can use it! 1. Only Chaos members can participate. 2. Do not use any kind of bots, scripts or macros. 3. You can trade Credit Coins for ingame stuff. 4. You always have to provide screenshots, that will be added to your logs. 5. If you try to abuse the reward system, you will be excluded from Chaos. If you try to gain Credit Coins with faked screenshots or under false pretenses, you will be excluded from Chaos. 6. The first person that contacts us will get the reward. 7. If two people contact us at the same time, it will be decided via coin flip. 8. It's not allowed to beg. You will lose all Credit Coins, if you beg. Failure to follow the rules will result in an immediate exclusion from Chaos or the loss of all Credit Coins. You can earn Credit Coins, if you contribute for the guild. There is a Point System below, that shows you, how many points you can earn for different contributions. You can always suggest new ways to earn Credit Coins. Only Walrosskastanie and Cames can give out Credit Coins. So you have to PM them with a screenshot.
