I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so I apologise in advance if that is not the case.
In Vermilion city, there are two houses behind the library and after speaking to their inhabitants a Pokémon scream can be heard.
There's a one way track left of the houses that can only be accessed from the other side and yet I can't find another way in.
I tried searching online but found no mentions of this and even the map used on the PRO Wiki doesn't show the track...
Is it a bug? A quest that can only be done later on? Can anyone help me solve this mystery?

we indeed have a Bug Resolution Center as well, but since you are not sure if its a bug or not, the General Support sub forum is okay. Don't worry. :P
Those screams are not connected with a ongoing event or similar, its more a reference to the past travel part of Vermilion you walk through in the story line when you just entered Vermilion.
When you talk with the people in the Houses you will also have some dialogues regarding this scream.

My previous 2 mini ms medalion expired in 6/7 days after activating it.which is so embarrassin. Hopefully you will fixed the bug and give me to play my most loved game pokemon revolution.

I'm not sure if I understood the problem or if it is a misunderstanding. A Mini Ms medallion least 3 days, therefore two Mini Ms Medallion's least 6 days which matches with your statement.
Mini Ms is not a Small Ms!

I cant log in to the game
Hey Yavii,
since I see you online right now I highly assume the server was down at the time you wrote this topic and this is the reason why you was not able to connect to the server.
Please always check if the server is online when you can't connect to the server. You can check that at our Official PRO Discord in the bot channel with the command [icode]^up[/icode].
If you fixed the problem otherwise, very nice that it worked!
But since the problem is solved, I will lock this topic now. Have a good day.

I keep receiving the "Cannot connect to server" error for the past 2 days. (Both Servers)
I have done everything other and older posts have suggested to fix this problem to no avail.
According to posts, we should do the following:
1. You should reset the router. --->Which I did countless times
2. You should turn Proxy off. --->Which I also did...once...cause, you know...its off now...
3. Check if IP is blocked or if Firewall/Anti-Virus is blocking PRO. --->Which I did...and it isn't
4. Maybe your ISP blocked the game ---> I've been playing for a week, so I doubt they'll suddenly screw me
over just for giggles & chips :P
5. Maybe you should wait... ----> What? NO. You wait.
If I don't play soon I'll have to binge Indigo league just to get my fix. FML
I can't see how waiting will fix the problem as other people are connected.
Any suggestions?

May sound a bit troll for the first, but I want to make sure to avoid basic error sources before forwarding the problem to developer side.
Have you checked if the server is actually online? We have currently some problems with our server stability what is already being worked on. You can check if the server is online at our Official PRO Discord with the command [icode]^up[/icode] in the bot channel.
Otherwise, from which device are you playing from? Windows, mac, android? And does the message comes instantly or does it need some time? As well, does any other message appears first? If you have any more information which may be useful a bit, please mention them.

I'm sorry for thin inconvenience.
There is currently a bug ongoing where Pokémon are saved differently. Your caught Tentacruels are affected by that. Our devs are already looking into this problem and will provide a solution as soon as possible. I will also try to keep you up to date at this topic.
However, your Swampert is not affected, it should be in your last box of your PC. Can you confirm that?

Hello,
my friend needs help. He can not login to his Account. If he wants to reset his password he get the message "password expired".
Also he tried the process with 4 different browser but the problem is the same.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
If possible, can your friend take a screen shot of the error message? Generally, he should try it again today. Keep in mind that he should click on the reset link on the e mail in a time frame under 1 hour when he click on the reset button. Otherwise the token will expire.
Let me know any news regarding this issue.

Im thinking in add another physic sweeper but my team need some speed too, so these are my picks:

For the story mode I can think of Durant spontaneous. It is a bit hard to catch but otherwise I also like your Tauros option. Mamoswine is also nice but late to catch, only after the 7th badge if I am not wrong.

The bug you have experienced is already fixed. In regards of your money, please stay patient for a while, we have to investigate everything a bit more in order to calculate the exact lost money. We will work on it to give your money back.

hey so I'm experiencing like a 2-5 second delay of not being able to move after every battle. I'm currently ev training 6 pokemon and its making it very hard to do anything. the problem seems to occur when i use togepi/eevee (both are trying to evolve with happiness) and the delay occurs after i click no to them evolving.

Do you still experience this issue? Usually this is just a sign of some low connection to the server. Our server should be now as fast as usual. In case your connection is good but this issue should still occur, please let it me know.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
Visual bugs like this should be able to be fixed by a re-download of the client. To do so, please first delete all previous PRO versions before you download the new at our Download page.
if this bug should happen in future again, please let it me know and I will investigate further into it.

I was playing pvp a few moments ago, and i toxic a volcarona, waiting for the progressive damage, and it didnt happened, so , i think you'll need to check this situation, thx :D

I tested the damage of Toxic and it worked fine for me. Did this bug appears more often to you? In case it does, if possible please try to record the situation for evidence or in case it only happens in special situations explain those. I would also test it more often in case you can not record but can confirm that it happens more often to you.
