I was waiting the last moments of the auctions to bid. I don't know if i am wrong but you can't simply sell a poke of a auction like that, you said "10 Hours left" and after 2 Hours you said "Sold".

First of all, that was not a warn for the chat, was a warn for Starkrey, and i am surprised how you can say that was even a warn for the chat (???). I am not even familiar with this player. Okay so i said #@?%$ one time, and was not even to flame anyone and i get muted for that? Where is the warn?, can't the moderator pm me and ask my to don't say such stuff?He could talk with me, he have the right to do it -------------------------------- Everyone was in the same side defeding "Mourinho" because his team have lost a important game and most of MU fans (irl fans) was flaming him hard. Also we discussed about the best european teams, without any flame between the players, i don't know if there is any staff tool to check the chat but go for it and see. When this happened i was on discord with friends and my reaction was "Wait, i think my account is bugged" i was really surprised for getting a mute for that. But all okay the moderator apologized and i am okay with it because humans are not perfect and we all are humans. Also i have 0 problems with staffs, and i have a lot of friends on staff etc. I am one of the admins of the biggest non official pro discord "The Amigos" and i know how hard is that work, take care of whole chat, need to make own decisions if the player deserve the ban/mute or not, i am just talking about this because i don't want this happen with other players too.

This is not a big deal, is just 60 seconds but still, things like this should not happen, also everyone that was talking about it got also muted, after some time the moderator apologized, i am pretty sure i got warned 0 times. I am not flaming the moderator work, just trying to show that things like this happens some times. Staff opened this thread to see community opinion about moderation and i see you defending / respond to all opinions with counterfacts, that just mean this thread is useless and will not change anything. (all good if you answer me but some people will not post on the thread because this) Also i know some people that got banned for leaving the game, just because they gave some stuff before leave (i will not name them / don't ask to do it) Most of the players gave stuff away before leave and some of them get banned for RMT(also there is any topic about how you guys ban someone for RMT?) About my suggestion, all good if don't happen, but we all know such move could help bring some hype back to the game.

MY OPINION I'll be 100% honest on this thread. -First of all there is to many useless rules (nope, don't ask me to say which ones, that is not my work and if you guys want you can review all of them and understand what i am saying). -Random bans, there is people that got banned for "stupid" reasons or even for no reason, you guys should ban less people -Random mutes, and yes there is many even me, i already got muted by staff for talking about FOOTBALL, the staff member said that football was a sensitive topic(?), don't ask me to show any evidence etc, that just a example and i do not want this staff member get punished for this. -Power abuse, sometimes even if you are staff that does not mean you are always correct, some staff members can't accept players opinions and because of that they decide to abuse or try to punish the player.( I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT ALL STAFF, THERE IS MANY STAFF THAT ARE MY FRIENDS AND I LOVE THEIR WORK ) MY SUGGESTION Take a look. -You guys should do a massive unban wave, maybe this looks weird for you that is reading at the moment but that would be a great move for the game, a lot of company's already have done that. (SOME OF THEM: Transformice, League of Legends, Overwatch, Dota 2, Wow) Should you guys unban ALL players? -No, nope, never, people that got banned for botting, using hacks and similar stuff should stay banned for sure, but for the other people i think everyone should get one more opportunity everyone have bad days, make mistakes etc. You guys really should talk about this, i already talked with some staffs about it and all of them said it was a good idea If that happens i am pretty a lot of people will come back to the game bring back some hype and many others advantages. How are council members picked? How long can they stay on the council? 2 Months, every 2 months the members of the council get changed, the top 10 players of each server become part of the council if they want. What are the requirements? Top 10 player of the month council starts, 3 Staff players to manage it (this don't mean they have control of it), Should they be able to participate in ranked PvP while being on the council? Yes, sure. How would the split between Silver and Gold members look like?10 Players from each server,the total would be 25 members [*]How are suspect tests decided? How does the council decide what Pokemon to sent into a suspect testing phase?Have a huge conversation about it, where EVERYONE would need to talk and give his opinion, if a member don't give opinion in 3 days he needs to be kicked for inactivity(if a member is going to travel etc, he need to says it on the council and warn everyone, with this the member don't get kicked for inactivity) How would a suspect test look like (a special suspect ladder is out of question)?Have a conversation about it and see if everyone agrees. Who gets to vote after the suspect test is over? For every change votes are going to be needed, and to be approved the result needs to have 75% as positive votes What are the requirements to vote?Be a member of the council ofc. [*]What would council members need from staff in particular to make it successful? How much influence does staff have over the council? The same as others members, there is no exceptions. When can staffs interfere in the decision making process? They can when they suspect the result have been staged(like 5 friends decide to vote the same thing just to troll the council) This is my opinion.

Manaphy is not a problem, the problem is RAIN, just ban "Damp Rock" and you are going to see manaphy being less used. I don't really care if someone agrees or disagrees with me, i just said the truth, take it and don't make excuses.
