THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION. Always ask this type of service to someone you already know for sometime, also try get their discord or any other type of contact. And remember, sometimes this type of services takes time to finish, is not easy to level up and train pokemons.

Someone release it? Thats hard to happen unless someone else have acess to your account, the better option is wait for a staff member, he will be able to check your trade log. If the pokemon was released will be hard to get it back unless you have the ID.

You should not review a game when you have done only 1% of it or not even that. No matter what pokemon game you are playing grinding is something that is always needed, and i have played all games except sworld and shield, also did speedrun etc so i know how it works. Maybe you are new to the pokemon world or not used to this type of game but in my opinion you should grind. 1 HOUR OF GRIND is nothing. 7 days cooldown is smh fair, imagine if you could rebattle them anytime you want? would be a big font of endless money and xp.
