Quoting for visibility: If it's about other spots, then you will have to return back to Vermilion Pokecenter and speak to the Explorer NPC. I hope that clears up your problem.   3. Hi there, Sorry for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, it is intended for that particular dig spot to not reset, unlike others. It's there just hoping to give an idea to new players that some dig spots are interactive and can be dug if they have pokemon with move Dig and have gotten their third gym badges.   10. Hi there, Love Island House 5 does exist. You should head to the south-east of the island to find the house. I've marked the house with a white arrow below. I hope that answers your question. I will have to ask you to talk to the Egg Maniac again and then retrace your steps to try to collect each of the eggs again(only in Kanto region) just to make sure that you did not miss any of them.   15. Hi there, As mentioned by BCake047, It looks like you already merged your account. Can you try to change your password via the Dashboard? Log in just like you did when you merge your account but this time, click on "Change" like this image below: Make sure your new password is alphanumeric(only consist of or using both letters and numbers).   18. You don't have to spam. Just scroll up and read my post above. You will need to merge your account. Click on the "Merge is required" and it will show your progress from Blue server. If you haven't merged your account, it will show nothing like your picture. Try to merge your account and let me know how it goes. Best regards, Astreus.
  19. The silver server just crashed. Admins are already aware of it, so it should not take long for the server to be up again. Meanwhile, please be patient as they are rebooting the server.

Even if you played on just one of either Red or Blue server, you will have to merge your account or it will say "invalid username or password". If you are still getting that error, try to clear your cookies and cache or try using another browser (incognito mode should work too).   25. Hi there, Can you try to clear your map data? You can do this by pressing 'F2 ' button while being in-game, type 'Clearmaps' and hit enter. Completely restart your client after that and try to check if the Sailor is still there or not. Let me know how it goes. Best regards, Astreus.
