  1. Hi there, It looks like you have not merged your account. Since you have not been around for awhile, some things have changed. For your information, Red and Blue is now the Silver server while the Gold server is formerly known as Yellow. Even if you played on just one of either Red or Blue server, you will have to merge your account or it will says "invalid username or password". You can find the details about the merge by checking the Merge F.A.Q. That link also shows you how to merge your account.   3. Hi there, You should be able to move your pokemon by using your finger to tap and hold the pokemon that you wanted to move. It's almost the same as using PC. The gif above shows how to move your pokemon if you're using a PC, but roughly, you should get the idea behind it. If you still can't move it, your pokemon could be region locked due to a bug during the merge. Please let me know if this happened as we can help you to fix this. Best regards, Astreus.

  8. Hi there, From what I have seen from above, it looks like your Riolu does not fulfill the requirement for it to evolve. Your Riolu needs to have max happiness which is 255 and need to win a battle during day time. You can gain +1 happiness from winning a battle, +5 from leveling up, +2 with an EV reducing berry, +1 for walking 253 steps with it as lead. All of those numbers will double if you did them while holding a soothe bell. Once you have met the happiness requirement, you will need win a battle during day time which is from 6.00am - 6.00pm and it should prompt the evolution box. Looking forward to see how that goes.   9. Hi there, Sorry for the inconveniences. To play PRO with a controller, you will need to use a 3rd party application like Joy2Key to map your controller buttons to your keyboard. It depends on the what controller you're using and I'm not entirely sure if all controllers are compatible but, from what I've seen PS4 and Xbox controller should work with that. Also, when you're using a controller, make sure to uncheck the "Allow Controller" under the Key Binding Options as there is some problem with that particular setting and the client. Hope that helps. IMPORTANT INFORMATION After the merge took place we decided to start a new short season which will last up to May 1st and this will be only for this season, all other seasons will be normal. With this, all the PvP changes namely Blaziken and Dugtrio (Arena Trap) Bans will take effect from now and any use of said Pokemon in Ranked Ladder will be punished accordingly. REWARDS 1st place from each will receive 500 PvP coins, 2nd place 495 PvP coins, 3rd place 490 PvP coins, etc! Guilds receive a 25% Bonus EXP Boost for being in the top ladder! Top 25 players from each server can enter the Ladder Tournament and potentially win Epic Mons, Membership Medallions and Reroll Tickets! Top 25 players can access Tutor Heaven!   12. Hi, I still can see your information, progress and such so, it's safe to say that you haven't lost your account. Can you try to merge with other devices? Phone or another computer just to check if it's something with your device, network or your account. If it doesn't work, can you also try to use a proxy to merge your account?   22. Hi there, Sorry for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, you will need to do the merge to transfer your progress from Blue to Silver. As stated in the Server Merge FAQ: It is mentioned there that you will have to use Option 2 where you will need to keep both accounts(Blue and Red) but you will need to rename one of them. You can merge your account via the Dashboard.   25. Hi there, Sorry for the inconveniences. From what I can see, it looks like you actually managed to split your account. Unfortunately, you might have selected the wrong server when you renamed your account. Now, your account from Red server is renamed as thoisgood. You should be able to log in to the Silver server using that name and same password as your previous account. Since your Red server account has been split to a new account, it should be right that your blue account now which is huymuc3005(that was banned previously) is now also banned on the Silver server.
