Hi there. It seems that you are looking at a wrong page there. As I see it, that is just a list of move tutors that are available on Route 212 and Survival Area in Pokemon Platinum. Since PRO is based on Gen. 6, you should be looking at this page instead and as you can see, there is nothing that indicates that Metagross can learn Fire Punch. I hope that answers your question. Hi there, as what [mention]Madtrainer[/mention] has said, you can only get Ash's hat if you choose Pikachu as your starter pokémon. There are no plans to translate the whole game to other languages for now. Only the options and menus and such would be translated, because it would require too much time to translate everything in-game.
