I used escape rope after defeating the mayor guy and glitched it so I cant enter sweetsland yes i tried restarting it doesnt work.

From what I've read chances of getting the trigger for the world quest is 1/200hrs which is like once every 8 days... well not sure if that was a joke or not but it's been 4 weeks... Is the trigger bugged or is there something wrong? I just wanted to bring it up since no one has addressed the issue.

I'm fine with it being my OT also not sure if it makes a difference but the pokemon ID also changed forgot to include that in my post.Here I have the before and after picture of this Rotom. The OT changed also the region caught changed.
