Hello Gravitas and sorry for the late response, i was testing this is out if it was indeed an error. You can teach charmeleon Mega Punch via TM, which can be found in celadon dept store. Early access to the TM on the other hand is not possible. Hope this helps.

Nicknaming pokemons has always been there. Small impact or not it was always an aspect of the game. As you all know, even Gamefreak has banned a nickname from their original games in ORAS. On that note, we all know that 100% there will be rather offensive nicknames for pokemons that are not suitable to our game and ToS, doesn't really add anything to the game either. Let alone using censors on that regard, which requires extra scripting and coding. Absoring what i've said, there are more cons than pros to this suggestion. Then again, it will be upto the developement team to decide the fate of this suggestion.

Its fairly exploitable if you look in an objective way : Player : I lost 10 revives due to rollback, please give them back. Note : Player never bought revives and recieved 10 free revives. Not implying that you're lying or anything but i hope you can understand. On a second note, we are unable to view your inventory or ingame market logs to view if you have indeed bought or used them. So in theory we cannot be sure if you have bought and used them rather than opening a way to exploit free item giveaways. As i have said in my previous post, they cannot be refunded.

Aside from maintenance, in which we give a warning 10 minutes prior that the server is going to be resetted. Its impossible to detect a server crash, hence why we cannot give a proper warning or announcement. Unfortunately yes, you will have to wait for 24 hours and potions if you have already used them. I'm affraid they cannot be refunded.

The reason behind that would be that there is no valid source for me to put out without throughout consideration and calculating. On that note, i'd rather not put out a chart right off the bat. Just a few scraps of ideas. In which feedback is being requested as well as possible suggestions on that regard. Then again, given the fact that this is a pokemon game, options are not that vast... Could be a survival, or catch as much as possible, maybe even boss battles. Who knows.

So you only want feedback on parts of the suggestion, but for the specifics you don't want any feedback? Seems counter-intuitive; that means regardless of the feedback here, we could still end up with something that wouldn't be liked by the same people who supported the idea, so I recommend moving this to Suggestions and presenting your suggestion like a normal player with full disclosure of your thoughts and how this should be implemented. Generally speaking, I'm for it and things like this, but it doesn't matter because you can't intentionally leave out details of your suggestion and have anyone review it properly. All suggestions should be judged equally, and you're missing important parts from your pitch. Your suggestion shouldn't get special treatment just because you have a green name. If something unnecessary is pinned, it should be on merit, but this thread is only two days old and hasn't faced much real criticism yet. As for what you've presented, I think you should change the name from "The Revolution Army" to The Revolutionary Army (unless it was a mistake). Sounds better, but more importantly, it makes more sense grammatically. Names are only temporarly to give out a proper chart, which indicates that they are not decided. As for mechanics, this is something that needs to be discussed internally with the content team, which is the usual procedure in how we introduce things.

Greetings PRO players, i'd like to introduce you to a concept that might interest you; Factions. [glow=red]Now before i start, keep in mind that this only a concept, not something that is planned to be implemented, only for discussions and feedback if possible.[/glow] What are factions? ractions is sort of a global organization that allows players to have extra content and many sidequests along side with possible daily tasks. This is a concept that many of pokemon fans have been asked for ages "Why can't we join Team Rocket?" Well, bad news on that because it wont be Team Rocket. You can join either "The Revolution Army" Or "The Rebellion" There will be a ranking system that will allow you to have more content the more your rank increases, those will be PvE, PvP and possible dungeon Raids, also you can customize your organization base if you have the rank that is authorized to do so. Main concept is that those two factions are enemies with each other. However, there wont be any occupation on areas, cities or towns. Only exclusive content for players whom wish to join those factions. Discuss :)

Most items are re-obtainable, such as macho brace. However, rollbacked items are not refundable.

1- No, there are no EV specific bracers other than Macho Brace. Nor that the matter has ever been discussed or brought up. As for your kadabra example; Lets say you mass trade a few trade evolutionary pokemons and they're sent to your PC while being traded. Using them in a battle would let them evolve. Its a minor feature that is lacking slot space verification. That being said, as staff members we tend to help out players with trade evolution by trading them one by one without consuming any slot or pc space without giving this minor glitch the chance to re-create itself.
