Mostly likely the server was full at the time, or possibly crashed. Staff and Test server, as the name suggests are for staff only, meaning that you will only have access to PRO Staff, keep trying, you'll eventually get in.

The TeamSpeak server is no longer within our domain, due to the owner of it is not longer with us. We are planning to create a new one, just not of high priority right now.

Increasing our server capacity is within our plans. Due to our current capacity being 850 max users, which even causes lag at the moment will be reduced greatly. 1400 users is the estimated capacity. Every pokemon has a chance of having either 0 or 31 of Total IV's from the moment they're caught. IV (Individual values) are the potential of the stat, EV (Effort Values) are used to boost a said IV to its maximum potential. Every pokemon needs a certain set of IV and EV to fit in their Competitive tier. Every pokemon in existance holds a certain EV point. Googling them is your best option. Narrowing down the list on where you can train them, we have also introduced a Safari EV Wald map to make EV training easier.

Most of the time our servers are at full capacity, when more players try to log in and continuesly spamming the log in button, causes a bandwith issue, where the client will freeze a for a couple of seconds and will either say "Cannot connect to the server " or "Logging in" There is nothing much can be done about it untill our server capacity is increased, sorry for the inconvenience.

No, Membership does not include prioritized login.

As others have already mentioned, main reason is why switch-between-battle option is disabled is to make your game experience more challenging, given the fact that you can scout out NPC's teams easily and can rotate your team accordingly, it will be too easy in an MMO game. Thank you for your suggestion but this will not be implemented.

Our server capacity will be increased soon, this will provide less lag and more smooth gameplay. The estimated online user limitation is 1400. If you are unable to connect to the server, its most likely because its full and has exceeded the stability quota. Plus the other players that are constantly trying to login. You can find out the server status via our main page or from our Live Support Chat.

Regional transition will start from Kanto and go from there Kanto > Johto > Hoenn > Sinnoh > Unova > Kalos Meaning that players will start from kanto by default and continue from that point onwards.

There will be no more wipes.
