Sandveil needs to be Banned or Fixed. It's the worst/best example of the evasion clause because the pokemon that can abuse it dont even need to use a move or ability, just "switch in" Can the ability just be disabled for pvp?

This. It works for some pokemon but not others. I know it doesnt work for Goodra.

My Goodra's Hydration ability isn't working in PVP or against wild pokes. Just sits there in the rain. Sleeping forever...
