i decided to suggest adding a herbs shop in kanto since the only place what i know are goldenrod and slateport but the problem is waiting for the guard and use sleep powder and spore on it and fight with the npc is a problem and traveling to hoenn and wait for the night buying the items and returning to kanto is a wasted of money and doing the sites and using the artifacts too because they give 10 6 or 3 of the herbs and powders. so my recommendation is adding the herbs shop near erika gym or near the berry forest

try to update the drivers of the pc or directX or maybe testing another version of the game or if the game continue crashing i recommend you to play on mobile
