An apologetic kind user will most likely have a granted appeal. Breaking again and again the same rule, means there are issues. 60sec mute never follow your account, you just can't talk in chats for 60sec, that's all.

I believe some of you shouldn't react that aggressive to warnings. It's certain users who make a warning for a minor infraction a huge matter. We don't bite people who make mistakes. Several times happened a player to post off topic by mistake on trade channel, I warned in general to be careful on what they post on trade chat, they wrote on all chat that it was mistake and I told them its ok dont worry. This is how polite people should communicate. Not a big deal, we do what we have to do, we are here to serve and not to be served by users. I will think 100 times before I perm ban a user, please don't blame me for not thinking 100 times before I warn someone who posts random letter on Trade Chat. It's not a big deal and I don't receive any interior happiness or pleasure when doing it.

Since you are making it public, the only Punishment you had was 3 days quiet banned for excessive harassment. To be more detailed, you were cursing someone and his mother for about 10-12 lines. It seems like you were mistreating another player and not PRO Staff mistreating you. Also, about the report you did 4 years ago. User was punished accordingly, but the Pokemon couldn't be returned to your account, since PRO Staff could not do that with the old Mod Tools. Your accusations are invalid, from the 1st to the last word.

His english is decent and his work on report center great. We can't have only english native speakers in Staff. He is great upon investigations, believe me or not, it's not something to force you believe. Also, always remember, people who work will do mistakes. Only people who don't work will not. Prehax is doing a really good job in Staff. People might prefer lazy Staff who never came to contradict with anyone in the past, never handled enough reports and cases,never moderated enough to become player's target. Recently we made a public recruitment, I am 100% none of those who succeeded had any close friend among the people who decided. If you had more people to suggest why didn't you tell them to apply, or why even yourself didn't apply? We can't force anyone. Friendly recruitment won't be a thing in Staff anytime soon. Being friend with people who are worthy enough to pass all our tests is not a crime. Recruiting people who are not the best is a crime. As for Epiales. You would be surprised on how much work he can do. One-two wrong mutes when he was new staff, created a fame, because in my opinion some users are always thirsty for Staff blood. I know myself, one wrong auction handling among the hundreds I handled, was enough to make a few users call me power abuser. We can talk about it in Private, I said this post is not to attack certain Staff Members, but give us feedback. You had and have more friends than me in Staff, ask them if we abuse any power.

We can't control what people say about their Punishment, it's your choice if you believe them or PRO Staff. I will just state one thing: If the evidence and our judgement are at 99%, we unban the user, giving them the 1% benefit of the doubt. All RMTers, botters, bug abusers, Macro users will get caught anyways eventually. Do you really think that we use caps to show off? Never thought that we just write in a formal way? You are not allowed to use other languages on PRO punlic chats, because other languages cannot be moderated by all staff members. "Eu te amo" might means I love you and might means "Fuck you", why everyone is supposed to know that? Or why you have to put more workload to us if you reply "Google translate"? Also, not saying anything was wrong in that situation, but always be laxer with APPs. They are trainees, nobody was born with a gift to be the most pleasant and successful Moderator. If you have any proof to say that, I am the right person to send it. Until then, I don't want to see such statements again. Accusing Staff for Power abuse and any kind of abuse, is the most insulting thing someone can say about Staff. Since you are accusing Staff for an infraction that would lead to the permanent removal of a staff member and more, I believe you are ready to face the consequences of such a statement, without the proper evidence and with only goal to defame Staff and spread false rumours. I don't understand whats the difference between battle chat and other chats. If you fight with someone you know and you both speak spanish, PM them and all good. Other users do not care for what you have to say to your opponent, anyways, even more if it is in a language they can't understand. Only permanent bans are in both servers. Permanent bans are only caused by high Severity infractions not for Fake Selling or Spam or minor things like these. So when someone makes the same mistake 3-4-5-6-7 times, I have to warn them again, until they attack or harass again another person? The latest chances we did on Punishment Policy, makes the punishments towards minor infractions laxer and the punishment towards severe infractions harsher. If you harassed a person for 7th time and you think that you don't deserve a few weeks break of the game, then we will never agree on what is fair and what is chaos.

And something else, people ask why we can't give proof regarding bans. Do you think we will show users how we catch bots? So just show them how to bypass our ways?(Same for many other infractions) Do you think we should give informations that would leak the usernames who reported the infraction? In cases we can describe what happened, we do. We post trade logs f.e. or describe chat infractions.

If I warn Theminho on the chat for spamming and you will spam 10 seconds later, I m not gonna warn you even if the warnings had Theminho's name, I will mute you. You guys think 60 seconds mute is the most important thing in the world and you would be surprised to know that 60 seconds mute is counted as warning. About unbanning wave, a lot of people banned due to Toxicity and Chat infractions were unbanned lately, people that were harshly banned in the past, we changed the Policy to be strict but not ruthless with toxic users, as well. Although, if you request us to unban mass botters, mass RMTers, bug abusers, scammers and every type of user who tried to take unfair advantage against the rest of fair playing player base, we are not doing it. I have banned my own friends for doing such things and I will continue doing it. While the Punishment Policy regarding Chat infractions is laxer than before, the Punishment Policy about any kind of "cheat" is harsher. Unban chances in these cases depend on many things, we give chance to people they deserve it, but it's not our fault if they don't make use of this chance.

I am glad to see that the majority of our Community agrees with the latest Chat Rules changes. Devs put a timer on trade chat, so users can post only once per 30seconds and yeah that helps a lot. I am not a fan of Rates on Help Chat, Onkelles mentioned that people spam their Pokemon there and some questions get burried. So we might need to look further into it in the future, if it starts being annoying. I believe you will find all replies you need in Qeight's guide about the use of in-game chat rules. You can find the guide here. I have thought many times to forbid online auctions, since it is really messy to moderate them. Auctioneers break the rules many times and bidders do not keep the appropriate evidence, so we don't have enough evidence to actually moderate it correctly. And there you will find the loopholes I am referring to my auction guide. Last call isn't a thing, every time you see last call, you can simply report the auction. About misleading/deceiving, users using their friends or alts to raise their Pokemon's price, be sure that if reported, we can investigate and find out. This would be too complicated to be made by Rules and I would prefer our Devs to focus on other Staff, such as Game Content and Auction House. I cannot reply on any question or suggestion about Developers, but only Moderation and how we can be better. Moves and Abilities are coded according the 7th Gen, we cannot nerf or edit anything, since we want to follow the originals. If a move or ability is considered "too op", we drop it on the table, after listening to Community's comments about it, as well. Nope. We don't save any chat record. This is the reason you have to provide chat evidence yourself. In case of severe infractions, even more having to do with Trades, we might find out what happened after Investigation and through appeals, with the help of trade logs. In any case, not having the appropriate evidence will just make our job harder and we can't assure anyone about finding out what exactly happened. We try our best, with what we have. Yes, Staff Members are volunteers, it is just a hobby, contributing to the Game we love. We spend a great amount of our free time to do that, some users appreciate it and some others don't. I want to believe that majority does. Each Moderation Staff member reacts differently in real time cases. All of us should tell you to report on forums, this is the proper way. We have to fill logs for all our auctions, so everything to be transparent and having a report about it is the best way. Now, if the Staff Member is related to your case, then some actions can be taken online, but you still need to report it. Although, if you ask f.e. a CC, Mod, Tmod to handle a GM case, they can't. Hello everyone, Moderation is a big part of PRO ever since the game was created, it evolved over the years but the groundwork was laid years ago. We would like to ask our community how they feel about it and what their thoughts are. We (Community Coordinator Team Lead Shinohara, Moderator Team Lead Qeight and Game Master Team Lead Logan who also represents Trade Moderators) decided that its time we ask the community what they want and not go by what was laid down years ago. We want to be as transparent as possible, therefore we will not delete or "censor" anyone or anyone's opinion. No topic is off-limit here, we want you guys to have the opportunity to ask freely. The purpose of this thread is to figure out if there is something wrong with our moderation and if there is, then how we can fix it. Not everything will make sense to everyone but some stuff is just fundamentally integrated and can't be changed (anything related to cheating, anything related to harming the game, anything related to harassment are some examples that will never change). We will answer everyone to the best of our ability, explain why certain things are the way they are and whatever is needed for you guys to understand why we act the way we act. The auction violated the following Trade Rules: You have to announce the ending point of your auction in your original thread. You bumped your thread a lot more times than allowed. Even adding the ending point later, stating at 06:38 that the auction will end in 1 hour, you sold the Pokemon 39 minutes later, before the auction ends. Also, you gave a private insta price chance to a player in game, without making it available to all players with equal chance to bid for them. When you receive an offer online, you have to post it here. The participants can't know your c.o. if you don't announce and as a result, they can't bid more. Martinovic17 was the rightful owner, as a result badhacker's offer is voided and the traded is reversed.

We never counted seconds in any auction since September and our forums don't display seconds. This is how I handled every auction since then and I can't change it today. Thanks.
