1. Auction started at 5:08 GMT 0 and lasted 48 hours. End of the auction was at 5:07 GMT 0 of Friday and the last offer was LucasMC for 1.2m. As a result, the auctioneer sold correctly the Pokemon to the rightful owner. Kind regards, Logan
2. Selling more than 5 Pokemon should be in Pokemon Shops. Your received a warning, next time punishment will be issued. Take care. Kind regards, Logan
3. When you have a c.o. you will post it in Auction information. Who offered , how much and screenshot of the offer. The auction is cancelled now, but I will set a warning to your account. Be careful in the future, else punishment will be issued. Kind regards, Logan -Locked-
4. @Validiant please post screenshots when you have a c.o./b.o. or insta offer. Who had the first b.o. of 500k?
5. I didn't warn you for not handling the auction properly, I warned you to specify everything. You have to write exactly when the starting point is(You specified it after you were asked by a user, please nex time write it in your original thread). Always when someone offers, let the user know, quote their offer and reply something like : Noticed thank you, or something like that, so they know that you are taking their offers under consideration. Thats all. No punishment, no cancel. Continue the auction normally. Thanks for attention. Kind regards, Logan
6. You ignored my warning and as a result, punishment will be issued. All offers shall be followed by evidence. Kind regards, Logan -Locked
7. This is a totally wrong handled auction and punishment will be issued. Evidence should follow a claim of c.o. immediately, insta should be posted here so possible buyers could see and you continued an auction with last call aftet the buyer offered the Insta price. No need to reverse trade since there is no other rightful owner than darkblader12. Caution to spectators about similar mistake in their future auctions. Kind regards, Logan -Locked-
8. Where is your Auction's Rules? When does your auction starts and when it ends? If this is an auction, please fix it, to make it a proper one. If it is not, please, remove this rule. Also, for more than 5 Pokemon you have to post your thread on Pokemon Shops and not Selling Pokemon. Kind regards, Logan
9. @GeceninREHBERi Please read this rule : 12. In auctions, the auctioneer should announce the rules of the auction and the item(s)/pokemon(s) being auctioned, call and acknowledging bids made, and announce the winner, said rules should be respected. (i.e. If you withdraw your auction due to 'low offers' without stating that beforehand in said auction's rules, you will be punished.) You have to call and acknowledge every offer, not just read them and bump. Also, xXBlackAshXx is permanently banned as you can see so this offer is cancelled. Also, for future auctions, write your starting point, in example if it is the time you posted the thread, let possible buyers know. Kind regards and have a good auction, Logan
10. You can bump your thread every 24 hours, refrain from spamming please. Also, for every c.o.-b.o.-instant offer, along with the acknowledge of the offer you shall post the evidence as well. I will be waiting to see that. Kind regards, Logan
11. 11:60 meaning 00:00. Yes should be 00:00. Also, you better learn to respect other people and not mocking them. I spend my free time to handle mess like this and even keep the thread opened to explain and clear out all concerns, while i could just lock it. I don't expect you to have the same experience with me or the same knowledge regarding the rules, but I expect you to respect users and staff. This is a verbal warning and punishment will follow, since you have already an active warning regarding your comments on auctions. Whoever wants, can fill a complaint regarding my handling. All participants accepted the outcome and I explained everything. Locked.
12. Offer of 15cc+1m50k is not valid. As you can see, Ic3thirst was confused regarding his offers, this is the previous offer than 15cc+1m50k. He added 500k to the wrong 5.75m offer. You can see that here: 15cc+550k=5,5m and not 5,75m according to this auctions rules. Yet this offer was acknowledged by the seller and probably nobody realized that it's not valid as well. You all should be more careful regarding details. All auctions shall be clear enough for everyone, if someone is not sure ask the seller for further explanations. We spend a lot time to read and observe such auctions and come to the best and most fair possible outcome. I hope my explanations cleared things out. Kind regards, Logan
13. You have to be really careful on what you offer. Your offer was 15cc+1m50k and not 6.25m. This could be either because you didn't pay enough attention to seller's cc calculation or any other reason. As you can see yourself, all users believe they are right, so I am extremely strict with what is written and not relying on assumptions. Regarding auctions, rules are strict and you all have to pay attention on details. Till the end of 24/02(day) and time 23:59. 58:00-58:59 is the 59th minute of an hour and 59:00-59:59 is the 60th. If it was just "till the end of 24/02 CET Time" then yes, offers on 23:59 would be counted as valid.Users who snipe auctions in last minute should pay attention on details. The winner is TheUndertaker and my outcome is final. I am just explaining it, I am not discussing it. @Stevenson completing the trade with Panasonic, even more after i announced the rightful winner, will result to your punishment and enforce of rule #14.
14. This is a really special auction, that small mistakes by all participants affected the result.Auction ending time is 23:59 CET(GMT+1). As you can see here: That means that auctions ended when the clock turned 23:59 GMT+1. As a result, valid offers are until 23:58 GMT+1. If auctioner wanted to count offers at 11:59, should announce as ending point 00:00. @TheUndertakerBR offer is at 23:02 GMT+1(My time zone is GMT+2, forum time the same). This offer is valid, in time. @Ic3thirst offer is in time too, but the offer is not valid, since it is not at least 250k raise, according to Auction Rules this offer is still 6m like TheUndertakerBR. When Ic3thirst realized his mistake and posted another offer, the auction was already finished, since the clock turned 23:59 GMT+1 before this offer. Panasonic's offer is out of time as well: As many users stated here before me, continuing the auction with last calls without stating that in your auction rules before it starts, would just lead to auctioner's punishment. The rightful winner of the auction is TheUndertakerBR with 6m offer. Feel free to complete the trade and inform me when done. Kind regards, Logan
15. Please use only english language. This is a warning. -Locked-
16. The rightful winner of the auction is CaptainEG with 13m. The auction started at 15:31pm GMT yesterday and should end when the clock turned 15:31pm GMT today. The winner at 15:30 GMT 0 is the rightful owner. All offers after CaptainEG's 13m are considered as invalid. As for the image above, this post is violating our Trade Rules regarding auctions and punishment will be issued. Inform me here, if you will give back the rest of the money to CaptainEG or you want me to do it. EDIT: I corrected the trade myself. Be careful in future auctions, cause the punishment will be harsher. Take care. Kind regards, Logan -Locked-
17. This auction will be reviewed by me step by step. Without having any clue at the moment and before I start checking it, I inform @kombol and @CaptainEG, that if the Pokemon wasn't sold to the rightful winner of the auction, I will proceed with punishment and enforce of Trade Rule #14. Thanks for your understanding. Kind regards, Logan
18. This requirement cannot be removed. With this, we give the chance to new users to get familiar with the market and in general with the game, before they decide to buy or sell anything. Imagine if a new user has an epic Pokemon during the first 2-3 hours in game. Old players would totally buy that cheaper than the normal. There are more reasons about that, but this is the only one I will share at the moment.
19. Auction is cancelled due to inconsistency of the seller. The topic will be locked, as the auction never really started. Kind regards, Logan -Locked-
20. More than 5 Pokemon, you should post at Pokemon Shops. Be careful in the future. Moved.
21. Already asked once. I want to see the evidence of b.o. 2m. Please, post it here in order to avoid punishment. Kind regards, Logan
22. BO and CO - Best Offer and Current Offer. Both indicate what the current highest offer is on an auction. Be careful with the terms you use. If you claim a Best Offer of 2m, i would like to see the evidence. Never claim an offer without having evidence and regarding forum auctions, always post the evidence.
23. You are welcome. Thread closed as solved. Enjoy! -Locked-
24. Check your PC. Shiny Luxray should be there. I transferred the money as well. Kind regards, Logan
25. We cannot check all threads and if all trades were completed. If you see something is wrong, please report it instead of bidding out of time. @Shadowdemon , inform me when you are offline. I will force the trade myself. Kind regards, Logan
