i suggested this so that shinies just become a little useful in game, they r so rare and getting a crappy shiny is really a pain, 16-31 is just a range i took for example, it can be 10-31, making them a little better than normal pokemons

shiny has a very low rate of encounter(dont know how those ppl are even getting such rare shinies in game) , but i have seen shinies with ivs like max 12. That too bad somthing with such a low chance of encounter is that bad, it will be really good if shiny's iv range is changed from 0-31 to 16-31 or something like that. i hope pro staff look into the suggestion , and i will like to know other player's suggestion too [glow=red]Here is a poll too for ppl who see my post[/glow]-- https://strawpoll.me/5848346

i would rather prefer doing some quests in that event that battlig some pods
