Right so, i thought i'd give my 2 cents on each option available. Not much to say here. Its an mmo, we have a community that likes to voice their opinion and we have game devs that actually listen to our opinions, needless to say, this game will be forever evolving. TBH i dont really see why this is a big issue. The exp required by previous evolutions is significantly less. Even if they are harder to train, its still a lot faster to train a first/second evo pokemon to lvl 100 rather than a final evolution pokemon. Take magikarp for example, has the worst stats and the worst move set compared to most pokemon, yet its always faster training a karp to lvl 100 than a gyarados. 100% agreement here. When i battled red in mt silver, his mega chari y kept using tackle... Dont know if this has changed by now, but if at least the move set was optimized then after that maybe the AI intelligence can be worked on too (such as bosses/trainers with tanks actually using moves like leach seed / cosmic power / heals / etc) Agreement here as well. Though they already do have unique features such as the boss battles and unique quest for mew and now the legendary dogs. Just stick on this path is all. I think the xp system is fine the way it is. No need to make it any easier or harder. These 2 kind of go hand in hand. IF you are going to make wild pokemon harder, then include more healing items and make them affordable. I think this is a very innovative idea and would really make PRO unique. Besides creating a new market for TMs it would also give players more to do in game. This could also be extended to creating/crafting held items maybe. I'd just suggest adding the power items (power bracer / anklet / etc) for this one. Possibly make them obtainable through difficult quests or even ranked pvp rewards. Again i really dont think the exp system needs a change. Its fine the way it is. The longer it takes, the longer you are out there grinding increasing your chance to find a possible shiny/tier 4 and getting cash for every poke you faint. Besides, a lvl 100 poke shouldnt be easily obtainable anyway.. Besides all of these though, and i know these are only suggestions, we do know that we will be getting an auction house as well as an eventual battle tower, both of which i am looking forward to more than hoenn :|

If you still have your eevee i suggest evolving into umbreon and training that. Worked for me way back, but i was fortunate and got an eevee made for umb :|

Clauses and tiers; not yet. As i understand it these are intended to be implemented eventually (we do have an official tournament going on atm, and there are rules such as sleep cause and certain combination of moves and abilities banned). As for cross server battling, i can't say for sure, but in all likeliness this will be possible eventually. There are rumors that we will be able to switch between servers (with a delay between each time we can switch)

Are we allowed to know how the prizes will be distributed? i dont want to know what the rewards will be, but only how they will be distributed, if possible. Is being in the top 25 enough? or do higher ranks within the top 25 itself get better rewards than lower ones. Meaning, do ranks 1-10 get rewards better than ranks 11-25? a Yes or no here would suffice :|

eh.... move the abilities of your pokemon? i dont think i understand the question exactly, but if you mean "swapping" abilities of 2 pokemon or "picking" the ability you want, the answer is an easy no. You cant now, and never will be able to.

hmm thats an ok team so far, just a few suggestions. Get rapid spin on forretress / spikes on forretress. I know you have starmie with rapid spin, but forretress is far more bulky and thus more likely to be able to get a rapid spin off. If you really feel like starmie is enough, get spikes on forretress then (instead of explosion maybe). Starmie is fine, just a question of whether u want psychic/psyshock on it. Considering u have a weavile, i'd prolly swap out ice beam for one of them. Blissey really needs natural cure, but if your pressed for cash and poke then i guess you have no choice. I'd recommend tbolt over ice beam on blissey. Weavile move set - knock off / ice shard / ice punch / taunt For your remaining slots, try get a physical attacking sweeper like scizor/gyara/azumaril and a decent special attacker such as togekiss.

Roost is not bannable you can go check Singham's post Roost is not bannable in normal PVP ranking, but what about tournament ? I really need to know, please can an admin tell for sure if it's banned in tournament or not ? (Is it still "glitched move" because it doesn't works perfectly ?) If it isnt on ban list it can be used in tournament. That goes for all moves and abilities. Any exceptions woul be mentioned on the tournament main post (which is this).

The only reason you would want to use xatu in pvp would be because of magic bounce. Your third natu is actually quite decent, and i would recommend you use that.
