I was looking for a player to help me evolve my Hoenn haunter Pokemon ID is 57601076. Traded it to a player username Ultraction who had not yet been to Hoenn to facilitate the evolution. He let me know right away that it was region locked and is by no means at fault for this situation as I should have asked to make sure that he was able to receive my poke.
