Nothing more to add to Chris comment. Legendaries are not necessary broken and the Regi's trio is a great example of it. I could put many examples of it if it's needed. The rules aren't chosen at random, there must be always an important reason behind a ban/clause, it doesn't only includes the metagame itself but also bugs in what PRO code refers to. I suggest you to read our PvP rules, please familiarize yourself with them, feel free to ask if you have any doubt reagarding the reason behind them/one of them. Already responded. Future changes on the rules are expected with the upcoming PvP rework, mega evolution, etc.

It's banned from PvP ranked matches but you can use it in boss battles :p -

Hola @zowens Primeramente gracias por mostrar un interés en mejorar el juego. Acerca de poner en juego en diferente idioma, lamento informarle que eso es es bastante improbable para ser implementado, esto debido a que se tendrían que cambiar varios aspectos en nuestro código, ademas de que, en caso de hacerlo en español, tendríamos que hacerlos en todos los idiomas y esto no es solo de cambiar la linea en ciertos npc como varia gente podría pensarlo. De nuevo, expresamos nuestra mas sincera disculpa en cuento a su inconformidad. Sin mas por el momento, le deseo una buena tarde.
