You can do this by deleting your application along with its app history and getting rid of the files you've added to the game when you installed it. Afterwards, restart your phone and reinstall the game from the download link above. Please let me know if this has worked for you.

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. If it doesn’t say that you are banned on the dashboard, you can ask about the reason in your Appeal. However, there are cases where your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! Hi there. If it simply stated that your Gyarados learned Surf, but didn’t give you the option to switch, it would mean that you had less than 4 moves on your Pokémon and therefore there would be no need to delete a move to replace it. Could you check your Pokémon Information Card to see if it has learned Surf? If not, then please let me know and attach screenshots of this issue. Looking forward to your response.

Hi there. Unfortunately, the Good Rod can only be bought for 15k in Fuchsia city in the house right of the Pokecenter by the lake. You can't get it in Hoenn, and it can't be mailed or traded so you'll have to get it once you finish Hoenn if you're region locked. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Hi there. Lapras at Route 132 is Tier 8 and spawns all day. You'll need a Super Rod in order to catch it. A Super Rod can be bought for 75k in Olivine in a house near the lighthouse. Good Rod is required before purchase. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Heatran Quest. Your rare candies have been taken from you at the start of the Heatran Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. After completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your rare candies back.
