Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. I know it can be really frustrating as hidden ability Goldeen are rather rare. However, you must also understand that our game is based on probabilities, just as the normal games. We do not manipulate spawns to specifically generate bad IVs. Your IVs are completely randomly generated, each from 1-31. Thinking about it, the chances of you getting a god-like pokemon are really small, especially if you're aiming for good IVs on 2-3 stats. Therefore, IVs are completely luck-based, and it's a mechanic in both the real games and in PRO. We simply can't make it so each pokemon spawns with decent IVs as that would ruin the hunting part of the game. After all, PRO is an MMO and therefore things have been coded this way so you simply can't blaze through bosses, the story, and just be ontop of the economy. With that all said, I'm really sorry you feel this way, but I hope you understand why cannot fulfill your request. Nevertheless, you can always keep trying with a Black Medalion as Goldeen is a rather common pokemon. As there's nothing further that can be done of this, I'll now be locking this thread. Hi there. To clarify, Route 131 to the east of town will be replaced with the alternate map Route 131 B. Traveling north on that route will lead the player to Mirage Island. You'll have 24 hours from the moment when Old Man Jerry first sees the island to explore it. You can go to and leave the Island at any point. Once 24 hours have passed, Route 131 B will transform back into the regular Route 131. Can you please attach screenshots of Route 131 not becoming Route 131 B so we can look into your issue further. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

Hi there. In that case the issues is with your internet provider. You may need to call them up to see if they are experiencing technical difficulties. Since you can play with mobile data, but not wifi, the issue lies on your end and not the client's. Please see to it that you ensure a secure connection when playing PRO.

Hi there. He doesn't actually spawn in Hoenn Safari Zone Area 2, but rather Hoenn Safari Zone Area 4. This is probably why you haven't met any Beldum. Furthermore, it's a Tier 8 pokemon in the Safari Zone, which can make it very difficult to find. Below are other places you can find Beldum. There is no Jirachi of yours in our database to recover. You were able to get Latios because you already have the dex data for Jirachi from the quest, which was used in order to get Latias or Latios. Therefore, with that said, we are unable to recover your Jirachi for you. You'll have to complete the Jirachi quest yourself. Please let me know if you have any further issues with the Jirachi quest.
