Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Hi there. First of all, there isn't much of a significant difference between Silver and Gold. The only differences are the players and the economy. If you're more into trading, I'd suggest joining the Silver Server. However, the Gold Server isn't too far off as well. Both servers have a wonderful community who will be willing to help you. Hi there. The Mysterious Ticket is an item for future content of PRO. Currently, there isn't much known about it other than the teaser posted on our Official PRO Discord. I can't give you an ETA when the use Mysterious Ticket will be released, but you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or #announcements in our Discord for when it's added. Along with that, it'll also inform you on the pokemon you can obtain in the area. Please remember that you require active membership to access the lowest level of the Underground. Hello there! First of all, please try disabling full-screen optimizations of the game. First, right click the application, then click properties. Afterwards, select compatibility then tick the box that says 'Disable full screen optimizations', click okay and finally, click apply. Hi there. The Jirachi Quest is actually rather long. You'll have to do other tasks before you can head into the wish room on the Moon. You'll have to: -Get Jirachi, Castform, 3 Regis, Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon dex data -Unlock the moon -Battle Latias then Latios after watching the news After doing all those, along with having all the Jirachi requirements, you can then head to the Moon and interact with the shiny stone to battle Jirachi. If you need further help with the quest, feel free to check out the Legendary Megathread for more information. If you still can't catch Jirachi after all this, please let me know.

Hi there. As I stated, you already caught one of the dogs therefore you can't turn it in and change your dog anymore. You had the option to change your dog once during the quest. However, since the quest is already done, you are unable to change your dog anymore, irregardless of whether your delete Suicine or not.

Hi there. Unfortunately the Sandy/Trash cloaked burmy evolutions are not yet available to players. They are still missing their Shiny Sprites for these forms. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. HI there. You can only ride on pokemon mounts, not actual pokemon that you own. You can purchase mounts from the donation store, pvp masters and through players. You can get a free mount through the Arcanine Quest. To see the different mounts, you may check out our Clothing and Mount Showcase. To use a mount, you must put it in your hotbar by dragging it from your backpack to the hotbar. Afterwards, you can simply use the hotkeys to use it and dismount it. Hey there! I've looked into the issue and it turns out that you need Hoenn Champion to be able to go to Mirage Island. I've also had this confirmed by a Content Scripter. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. The Old man will be changed accordingly in the future to let others know that they require Champion so they don't encounter your same inconvenience. I'm really sorry that you couldn't go to Mirage Island yet, but please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi there. You'll need to catch yourself a Ditto so it'll have your OT. Afterwards, go into the house right of the Vermilion PC to turn in your Ditto to the Youngster. He'll give you a Bike Voucher. Then, go back to the Cerulean City Bike Store and you'll be able to purchase a bike for 60k. Hope this clarified things for you.
